Mosquito nets distributed to tribals in Kothagudem
An NGO, Happy to Help You Foundation, distributed mosquito nets and snacks to Adivasis in Gandrabandha, Laxmidevipalli mandal, Kothagudem, amid rising dengue risk. Members also provided guidance on precautions to prevent viral diseases during the rainy season
Kothagudem: Mosquito nets and snacks were distributed to Adivasis living at Gandrabandha, a tribal hamlet in Laxmidevipalli mandal, by an NGO.
Members of the NGO, Happy to Help You Foundation, distributed the nets after learning that the tribals were suffering from dengue and mosquito bites due to the recent change in weather.
The NGO member Sai Deep provided the material on the occasion of his birthday. The members also explained precautions to be taken during the rainy season to prevent the spread of viral diseases. Sai Deep, Manish, Vinay, Lentil Leans and others took part in the programme.
