MP from Uttar Pradesh takes up Green India Challenge
Member of Parliament from Sant Kabir Nagar constituency of Uttar Pradesh, Praveen Nishad embraced Green India Challenge and took-up plantation of saplings at his residence in North Avenue, New Delhi.
Hyderabad: The Green India Challenge initiative of TRS Rajya Sabha MP J Santosh Kumar continues to receive patronage from public representatives of various political hues. On Monday, Member of Parliament from Sant Kabir Nagar constituency of Uttar Pradesh, Praveen Nishad embraced Green India Challenge and took-up plantation of saplings at his residence in North Avenue, New Delhi.
After planting the sapling, the MP said that that it was the duty of every individual to protect environment and it can be achieved planting trees and saving them. The MP from Uttar Pradesh also appreciated the efforts of Santosh Kumar for promoting the Green India Challenge initiative.
Following Praveen Nishad’s gesture, Santosh Kumar thanked him on Twitter. “Thanks for embracing Green Indian Challenge for planting saplings. Your kind words about our initiation would help us do better for the nature. Hope your cadre and followers would replicate what you have done. Thank you once again for your appeal,” Santosh Kumar tweeted.
