.Mr Reddy team shares their journey ahead of release
Mr. Reddy, inspired by true events from TNR’s life, is directed by Venkat Voladhri and features an ensemble cast. The team hopes audiences support the film when it releases in theatres on July 18.
Hyderabad: Actor and producer T Narasimha Reddy, known as Gold Man Raja, is preparing to bring his film Mr Reddy to theatres on July 18. Produced under the TNR Productions banner and directed by Venkat Voladhri, the film features TNR in the lead along with Mahadev, Anupama Prakash, Deepti Srirangam, Bhaskar, Mallikarjun, Shankar Mahati, Radhika, A.K. Mani, and Phani.
Speaking at the pre-release event held on Monday, TNR thanked the media for their consistent support. He said the story draws from real moments in his life and described the filmmaking process as one that involved challenges and personal effort. He added that he hopes the film’s love story and emotions connect with viewers.
Director Venkat Voladhri said the team worked closely at every stage, appreciating the contribution of the cast and crew. He mentioned the efforts of cinematographer Nag Bhushan in shaping the film’s visuals and noted that the atmosphere on set was supportive and collaborative.
Actor Mahadev thanked TNR for the trust placed in him and said he was hopeful the story would reach a wide audience. Actresses Anupama Prakash and Deepti Srirangam also expressed gratitude for the opportunity. Deepti, who marks her debut with Mr. Reddy, said she is glad to begin her career with this project.
Cinematographer Nag Bhushan said the film was made with sincerity and that he believes it will reach different sections of the audience.
Mr Reddy’s music is composed by KSR. The team has requested audience support for its theatrical run starting July 18.
