Hyderabad: Ecole Centrale School of Engineering, Mahindra University (MU), Hyderabad, has announced admissions to the four-year BTech programme at its campus here for the academic session 2021-2025.
A total of 660 seats are on offer in seven specialisations, viz. Computer Science & Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics & Computer Engineering, Computation & Mathematics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering, a press release stated.
It is proposed to offer four new specialisations in Nano Technology, Mechatronics, Bio-technology and Computation & Biology with 30 seats in each specialisation for the academic year 2021-2022.
Students who have a 10+2 or equivalent qualification from any statutory board with 60 per cent aggregate marks in all subjects or equivalent grade are eligible to apply. The admissions will be on the basis of either JEE Main (Qualify in JEE Main, and be eligible to write the JEE Advance 2021) or valid SAT subject test scores with a minimum of 1,800, which should include Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry, it said, adding that for NRI/PIO category students, general SAT scores are also accepted.
The last date to apply for the first round of SAT interactions is February 16 and first round of interactions with eligible SAT applicants is February 18. Similarly, the last date to apply for first round of counselling through JEE Main score is May 31, while the last date for receiving applications for admissions for the 2021-2025 BTech programme is July 10. Students can apply through the website www.mahindrauniversity.edu.in.
