Vaikunta Ekadashi: Devotees throng temples in Karimnagar

From early in the morning, devotees were seen standing in long, winding queues at the temples to receive the 'uttaradwara' darshan of the presiding deities.

Karimnagar: All temples in the erstwhile Karimnagar district teamed with devotees on the occasion of Vaikunta Ekadashi.

Devotees were seen standing in temples in serpentine queues to have ‘uttaradwara’ darshan of presiding deities right from early in the morning.


Mukkoti Ekadashi

Sri Rajarajeshwara Swamy temple, Vemulawada, Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple, Dharmapuri, Anjaneya Swamy temple, Kondagattu, Ramalayam, Ellanthakunta and other shrines witnessed heavy rush of pilgrims.

In Dharmapuri, devotees had darshan of Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy by taking holy dip in the river Godavari.
