Mulugu: Gaush Alam takes charge as Eturunagaram ASP
A native of Gaya district in Bihar, Alam was brought up in New Delhi, and worked with a multinational company in Bengaluru after completing his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT-Bombay.

Mulugu: Gaush Alam, a 2017 batch IPS officer, assumed charge as the Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP), Eturunagaram division, in the district on Monday and called on SP Sangaram Singh G Patil at the latter’s office in Mulugu.
A graduate from IIT-Bombay, Alam secured the Prime Minister’s Baton, Home Ministrer’s Revolver and the Vice President of India’s Trophy for exemplary performance, apart from six other trophies during the Dikshant Samaroh at Sardar Vallabhai Patel National Police Academy.
