Mumbai-based couple killed in moped-tractor collision in Siddipet
A Mumbai-based couple from Mancherial district was killed after their moped rammed into a tractor on Rajiv Rahadari near Lakudaram village in Siddipet district. The husband died on the spot, while his wife succumbed to injuries on the way to hospital.
Siddipet: A couple died as the they hit their moped to a tractor going in the same direction on Rajiv Rahadhari at Lakudaram village under Kukunurpally police station in the early hours of Sunday.
The couple Ch Mahendara Laxman (28) and his wife Deeksha (25), natives of Mancherial district, were resdiding in Mumbai.
The couple were on their way to Mancherial when they hit the two-wheeler to the tractor. While Mahendra died on the spot, Deeksha breathed her last on her way to hospital.
The police registered a case.
