Mancherial: Customers of a gold loan firm expressed concern over releasing their golden ornaments pledged at the institution for various needs. The customers belonging to Muthoot Finance alleged that they were forced to visit branches in the town to get their ornaments released for a week. They said that officials were postponing the release every day causing inconvenience.
They said that representatives of the firm were citing glitches in the server of the institution for the delay in releasing the ornaments.The customers announced that they would launch a protest if the problem was not addressed. They urged the officials to resolve the issue. The officials of the institution were unavailable for comment.
