Nagaraju takes charge as Power Grid Southern Region Transmission System-1 Executive Director
Prior to assuming charge of SRTS-1, Nagaraju worked as Executive Director (ESMD & CSR) at Power Grid Corporate Office, Gurugram. Southern Region Transmission System-1 has substations and projects in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and some parts of Karnataka.
Hyderabad: A Nagaraju on Wednesday took charge as Executive Director of Power Grid Southern Region Transmission System-1 (SRTS-I).
Prior to assuming charge of SRTS-1, Nagaraju worked as Executive Director (ESMD & CSR) at Power Grid Corporate Office, Gurugram. Southern Region Transmission System-1 has substations and projects in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and some parts of Karnataka.
An electrical engineering graduate from Osmania University, Nagaraju started his career as an engineer trainee in NTPC in 1986 and joined Power Grid as an engineer in 1991.
He has over 38 years of experience and worked in departments like Project Management, Contracts, Commercial, Environment and Social Management, ESG, Corporate Social Responsibility. He has served in locations like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Nagpur and Corporate Centre.
