Nagpur–Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express gets new halt at Mancherial
Union Minister Bandi Sanjay inaugurated the new Mancherial stop for the Nagpur–Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express. Effective September 15, this halt improves rail connectivity for Telangana’s workforce and supports ongoing railway development projects across the State.

Hyderabad: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay flagged off the Nagpur–Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 20102) with the provision of an additional stoppage at Mancherial railway station on Monday.
The inaugural event was attended by Telangana Labour Minister G Vivek Venkat Swamy, Parliamentarian G Vamsi Krishna, MLC C Anji Reddy and senior railway officials.
Speaking at the event, Bandi Sanjay said the new halt fulfills a long-pending public demand and will provide the fastest connectivity from Mancherial to and Nagpur.
He highlighted that Telangana was witnessing unprecedented railway development, with over 40 projects worth Rs 42,000 crore underway. Minister Vivek Venkat Swamy emphasised that Manchiryal was a crucial station for the region, benefiting workers in coal mines, factories, and thermal plants.
*The new stoppage is effective from September 15.
* Nagpur–Secunderabad (Train No. 20101) halts at Mancherial at 08.49 am.
* Secunderabad–Nagpur (Train No. 20102) halts at 3.37 pm.
