And finally, the news is out, Natural Star Nani has announced that his movie ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ will be hitting the big screens on the eve of Christmas. The actor wrote on his Twitter page, “This Christmas Shyam will arrive where he belongs 🙂 To the big screen and to your hearts.TELUGU,TAMIL,MALAYALAM,KANNADA DECEMBER 24th Fire ShyamSinghaRoy(sic),” he wrote tagging female actors Sai Pallavi, Krithi Shetty, Madonna Sebastian, music composer Mickey J Meyer and director Rahul Sankrityan.
In the morning, Nani teased his fans with an update saying he is going to share something about his film ‘Shyam Singha Roy’. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the movie is, by far, the highest budget movie in Nani’s film career.
The recently-released poster of Nani from the film suggests that the actor is playing a typical Bengali man. ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ is getting released in all south Indian languages – Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. Announcing the date, the Natural Star also released the poster from the film.
The makers have announced the launch of a huge promotional campaign soon, as the film is presently in post-production stage. To provide visual extravaganza, teams of VFX have been working on it. The period drama is being bankrolled by Niharika Entertainment. The original story was penned by Satyadev Janga. Melody songs specialist Mickey J Meyer is on board to compose soundtracks, while Sanu John Varghese is the cinematographer.
Rahul Ravindran, Murali Sharma and Abhinav Gomatam play important roles in the film.
