“I thank TRS MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar for initiating such a drive which is inspiring millions of people across the country to take up the challenge, do their bit to save the environment from pollution,” he said.

The momentum on spreading the initiative picked up during the lockdown when celebrities voluntarily came forward to plant trees. Later, people of all walks in the country embraced it as they clicked selfies while planting trees flooded social media.
