The NTA will hold the entrance test for admissions to medical colleges in the country on May 4
Hyderabad: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced a detailed schedule for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2025.
As per the notification, the deadline to submit applications and pay the fee is March 7. The application fee is Rs.1,700 and Rs.1,600 for general category and EWS, and OBC-NCL candidates respectively. For the SC, ST, PwBD and third gender candidates, the fee is Rs.1,000.
The entrance test is scheduled for May 4 and results will be declared by June 14. Candidates can download their admit cards from May 1.
The NEET-UG is held for admission to undergraduate medical education in all medical institutions in the country. The scores and merit list will also apply for admissions to BDS and BVSc & AH, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS and BSMS courses. For information, visit the website https://neet.nta.nic.in.
