Netizens gets nostalgic as iconic Nokia 3310 turns 21
Well, remembering the most loved invention, the Nokia 3310, actor John Erlichman tweeted saying the phone was released in 2000 on September 1.
Hyderabad: Even the innumerable features and apps that a latest smartphone might offer don’t take away the special place for those old heavy-duty and bulky phones of the ’90s, and people of the ’90s surely agree with a nod.

Soon after he posted, several netizens were overwhelmed with the sight of the phone and the memories associated with it. Some called it a power-packed phone with an unbelievably long battery life, while many called it a hulk phone for the toughness of it.
Many also talked about how they loved to play the ‘snake’ game on the phone which was the greatest pastime in the 2000s. “I got this phone specifically for the Snake game,” wrote a user. “Gajjab phone thha. Ye tweet dekh ke yaad aaya. I checked drawers and found it. Abhi bhi full charge hai(sic),” wrote another. “One of the best phones ever made,” wrote a third user.
