New diagnostic equipment inaugurated at Osmania General Hospital
Senior hospital officials including OGH Superintendent, Dr B Nagender said the newly procured diagnostic equipment will reduce the waiting time for reports and also enable poor patients to access the facilities free of cost.

Hyderabad: A state-of-the-art clinical chemistry auto-analyser equipment worth Rs 60 lakh with a capacity to conduct 400 diagnostic tests per day, procured and installed by the State government, was inaugurated at Osmania General Hospital here on Friday. The medical diagnostic equipment was inaugurated by Principal, Osmania Medical College, Dr Shashikala Reddy.
Senior hospital officials including OGH Superintendent, Dr B Nagender said the newly procured diagnostic equipment will reduce the waiting time for reports and also enable poor patients to access the facilities free of cost. Senior officials from the hospital including CS (admin) RMO, Dr B Sheshadri and other RMOs and all the faculty of the diagnostic departments were present.
