Mancherial: Sattva, the district’s first 20-bedded naturopathy, yoga and ayurveda wellness centre in the district, has been opened on 20 acres near Shivalingapur village in Chennur mandal.
People of the district, who depended on naturopathy and ayurveda wellness centres in Karimnagar, Hyderabad and Kerala for curing various diseases, can now explore Sattva, promoted by Satya Foundation, a Chennur-based voluntary organisation, saving both time and money.
“Modern conveniences are integrated with natural surroundings at the first of its kind facility in erstwhile Adilabad district,” Potu Satyanarayana Reddy and Venkatalaxmi, managing trustees of Sattva ‘Telangana Today.’
Naturopathy doctor couple KN Sukumar and Sameera Reddy of Sattva explained that patients and visitors can avail consultations and take all naturopathy, yoga and ayurvedic treatments such as panchakarma, water therapies, therapeutic massages, mud bath, sun bath and other services apart from buying medicines and a residential teacher training course, etc.
