Hyderabad: Still, processing 2021? You’re not alone, certainly. But as this year draws to a close, it’s time to say hello to 2022! And if you’re in the mood to head out somewhere for a drive and catch a quick bite, here’s where to have the best food after midnight.

As you ring in the New Year, why not sink your teeth into something you won’t regret. You will find a good deal of late-night food stalls put up at DLF Cybercity Eat Street that runs till 4:00 am. From dosas to shawarmas to Frankies to maggies, the street food joints (or bandis as they are called) here offer it all.

Hyderabad’s love for biryani is eternal. Hotel Shadab at Old City runs full house till 2 am every day. Right from its iconic Mutton Biryani, Kheema Roti, to Chicken 65, Tangdi Kebab, and Irani Chai this place will keep you wanting for more. End your meal with the sheer goodness of Qubani-ka-Meetha here.

Treat your tummy with Midnight Biryani Buffet at Tulips restaurant at Green Park hotel. You can experience a laid-back yet luxurious dining affair. Their menu includes mutton and chicken biryani, payasam, South Indian delicacies like idli and dosa, a range of vegetarian curries, as well as two desserts (a hot dessert and a cold dessert). The restaurant closes at 1:00.

Well-known for buttery dosas and soft idlis, Ram ki Bandi opens at 3.30 am and runs out of stock by 7 to 8 am. From regular Masala Dosa to Paneer Butter Dosa to Pizza Dosa, you will get a good variety of options to choose from.

Tucked away in Lakdikapul, Chicha’s remains open till 12:45 am. Apart from Biryani, their Mutton Haleem, marag, and paya are a must-try. The restaurant’s quirky Hyderabadi ambience is fab.
