According to reports, the incident happened in Mysore city. Couple Manu Kiran and Lavanya tied the knot at Kanaka Bhavan near Siddharth Nagar in the city on Sunday. The couple then garlanded Puneeth’s photograph in a gesture to seek the actor’s blessing. Later, they lit up candles to pay tribute to him.
Following the sudden death of the actor, the entire southern film industry Sandalwood went into deep shock. Several Tollywood actors too paid their last respects to the actor. A few incidents of his fans committing suicide have been reported elsewhere in Karnataka.
