Nirmal Collector transferred, replaced by Bhavesh Mishra
Abhilasha Abhinav was transferred as district Collector and replaced by Bhavesh Mishra. Administrative reshuffle also saw changes in ITDA Utnoor, with new postings aimed at strengthening governance and development administration across departments
Nirmal: Collector Abhilasha Abhinav was transferred and was replaced by Bhavesh Mishra. An order to this effect was issued by Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao on Saturday night.
Abhilasha was posted as the Collector of the district in June of 2024. She was known for ensuring coordination between officials of various departments and transparency in implementation of developmental works. She strove hard to enhance institutional deliveries by conducting review meetings. She played a vital role in the introduction of a biometric based system to record attendance of government employees.
Meanwhile, Yuvaraj Samrat, an in-charge Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA)-Utnoor project officer was replaced by Manda Makarandu. Yuvaraj was posted as Additional Collector (civic bodies), Kumram Bheem Asifabad district. A 2020 batch IAS officer, Makarandu, was Zonal Commissioner of GHMC, Rajendranagar.
