Warangal: National Institute of Technology Warangal Alumni Association (NITWAA) donated blankets and masks to daily wage earners of NIT Warangal here on Saturday on the occasion of New Year Day.
Institute Director Prof NV Ramana Rao, who was the chief guest, conveyed New Year greetings to all the employees and congratulated the Alumni assocation members for conducting the service activity. He handed over 64 blankets to the workers and masks to 150 security staff. Registrar S Govardan Rao, Dean Prof N Selva Raj, Dean Students Welfare Prof P Ravikumar, Dean R&D Prof Rajeswar Rao, Dean Academics Prof A Venu Gopal, Alumni Assocaition reprsentatives K Janardan Reddy, Chadragiri Srinivas, Prof A Venu Vinod, Prof K Anand Kishore, Dr S Srinath, P Satyanarayana, N Sadanandam, P Sureshbabu and others attended the programme.
