Hanamkonda: The SC-ST Cell of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal has decided to offer free GATE coaching classes to students of all categories, instead of limiting them to SC/ST students as announced earlier.

The move aims to benefit a wider group of aspiring engineers, including students from General, OBC, SC, ST and other categories, from NIT Warangal and nearby engineering colleges in and around Warangal.

The coaching will cover all engineering branches and run for eight weeks, from November 17, 2025, to January 9, 2026. The expanded access reflects NIT Warangal’s commitment to ensuring equal learning opportunities and quality guidance for every student preparing for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).

Interested candidates can register and attend the classes as per the guidelines provided. The application form, rules and regulations, and other details are available on the NIT Warangal website under the notifications section at nitw.ac.in, said an official release.
