Warangal: National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, (NITW) and the Student Council of NITW have jointly organised a ‘Communal Harmony Campaign’ rally on here Sunday.
The objective of the campaign is to make people united and live without any caste, religion, race, region, colour and language differences. Every year, the National Foundation for Communal Harmony celebrates the ‘Communal Harmony (NFCH) Week’. The rally was taken out from the NITW’s main gate to the Hanamakonda Collector’s office. NIT, Warangal, faculty members, NSS NITW volunteers and students have enthusiastically participated in it. NITW Registrar S Govardhan Rao and Dean Student Welfare Prof JV Ramana Murthy were also present.
