Nizamabad: The Nizamabad police on Friday detained a person for allegedly stealing a bag containing gold and silver ornaments worth over Rs.10 lakh from a jewellery store in the town.
The store owner gave the keys to his employee to get the bag containing gold and silver ornaments. The employee along with his associate allegedly vanished with the bag. Based on a complaint, the police booked a case and detained the employee. Efforts are on to trace another person involved in the case.
