Hyderabad: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has directed all medical colleges and institutions across the country to submit their Annual Disclosure Report (ADR)-2025 for Postgraduate (PG) medical courses.

In accordance with the Maintenance of Standards of Medical Education Regulations, 2023, institutions are required to submit performance data covering the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, to the NMC on Saturday said.

Medical colleges must upload all their details to the official NMC portal by midnight on June 30, 2026, and no extensions will be granted, and physical submissions will not be accepted, NMC made it clear.

The ADR should consist of a Standard Assessment Form containing institutional information common to all PG specialties and specialty-specific information for Broad or Super Specialty courses.

Institutions must pay a fee of Rs 59,000 per PG medical course. Payments must be processed exclusively through the designated window on the NMC portal; no other payment methods are permitted, NMC notification said.

Medical colleges must upload legible PDF documents via the NMC portal, and fee payments for all uploaded ADRs must be completed in a single transaction, as separate transactions for individual specialties are not permissible.
