Hyderabad: The recent staff appointments made on an outsourcing basis in Telangana University does not have approval of the university’s Executive Council (EC), a senior official of Commissionerate of Collegiate Education said on Friday.
“The EC meeting of Telangana University was to happen on Friday. The members could not attend the meeting as it was scheduled at short notice. So, it has been decided to hold the EC meeting on October 30. Meanwhile, it has come to the notice of the EC that the university made staff appointments on an outsourcing basis and they do not have approval of the university’s EC,” the official said.
