Telangana: Police prohibit entry into Kancha Gachibowli forest
Any person violating the order shall be liable for prosecution on the provision of the law, says Madhapur DCP

Hyderabad: In an inexplicable development, the Cyberabad Police have prohibited entry of “unauthorised” persons into the 400-acre land in Kancha Gachibowli from Friday onwards.
Madhapur DCP Dr Vineeth has issued a notification under section 163 of BNSS prohibiting people “who not ordinarily have work in the area from entering the limis of the areas specified …for any other purpose other than their bonafide work”.
The order will be in fore fro 6 a.m. on April 4 in the area of 400 acres which is the subject matter of a writ in the Telangana High Court and suo moto writ in the Supreme Court, the notification said.
Public were cautioned that anyperson violating the order was liable for prosecution.
Interstingly, the order says that the entry prohibition was meant to prevent danger to human life and safety, to prevent disturbance of publictranquility and to prevent occurrence of riot or an affray or obstructiontoanhy person in his lawful discharge of duty.
