Meanwhile, there was no presence of the Mega family during the oath-taking ceremony of Manchu Vishnu on Saturday. It is a tradition that invitations be sent to top film industry bigwigs for the MAA president oath-taking ceremony. However, none from the Mega family were present during the event.
Opposition panel members of Prakash Raj, who resigned to their respective posts en masse recently, too gave a miss to the event. Nandamuri Balakrisna who rendered his support to Vishnu’s panel during elections, met the latter at his residence.
Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav who attended the event congratulated Manchu Vishnu for the new responsibility and assured complete support and encouragement to the association from the State government.
