Hyderabad: Hyderabad enjoyed a cloudy and breezy Saturday. The highest maximum temperature recorded in the city was 31.5 degree Celsius, whereas the lowest minimum temperature stood at 20.4 degree Celsius.
The northern parts of the city received very light drizzle, while the rest of the city experienced a pleasant day. Only Quthbullahpur recorded 0.8 mm rainfall till late evening.
According to the forecast by Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS), Hyderabad might not be witnessing any more rainfall and dry weather will prevail across the city. The maximum temperature is expected to be between 30 to 32 degree Celsius. As the temperature has started to dip in the evenings through to early mornings, the minimum temperatures for the next couple of days will range from 18 degree Celsius to 20 degree Celsius.
Meanwhile, several districts of Telangana including Nalgonda, Suryapet, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Mahabubabad and Medchal-Malkajgiri, received moderate to heavy rainfalls on Saturday. This was due to a low pressure area that had formed off the coasts of Sri Lanka and Tamil Nadu in southeastern Bay of Bengal. Wyra in Khammam recorded the highest rainfall of 67 mm.
