Notorious goon among three arrested for threatening painter in Adilabad
The painter, Raju alleged that Saleem threatened to kill him if he failed to repay the loan, and forcibly took Rs 2,000 from his pocket. He accused Saleem, Muzzu and Sameer of arriving at his home to collect interest on a loan of Rs. 25,000 that he had taken from Muzzu three months ago.

Adilabad: Three persons, including a notorious goon, were arrested for allegedly threatening a man while collecting interest on a loan here on Tuesday.
In a press statement, Adilabad DSP Jeevan Reddy said Saleem, an alleged goon, along with Muzzu and Sameer, were apprehended for terrorising Mothkulvar Raju alias Balu, a painter from Kranthinagar in the town, over a delay in repaying a loan. Saleem had earlier been booked for instilling fear in the public by posting photographs in which he posed with large sickles.
In his complaint, Raju alleged that Saleem threatened to kill him if he failed to repay the loan, and forcibly took Rs 2,000 from his pocket. He accused Saleem, Muzzu and Sameer of arriving at his home to collect interest on a loan of Rs. 25,000 that he had taken from Muzzu three months ago.
Police warned that stern action would be taken against anyone threatening the public.
