One killed as lorry rams van in Nirmal

The driver of the lorry sped away after committing the offence.

Nirmal: One person died on the spot when a lorry rammed into a van on the outskirts of Kadtla village in Soan mandal on Wednesday.

Soan Sub-Inspector Jyothi Mani said the deceased was Praveen (30), hailing from Peddapalli district.

Praveen received fatal injuries when the lorry hit the van parked on the Hyderabad-Nagpur National Highway, resulting in instantaneous death for him. He was trying to find an address at the time of the mishap. The driver of the lorry sped away after committing the offence.
