One killed, three injured in road accident in Karimnagar

One person died and three others were injured after a speeding car hit an autorickshaw on Rajiv Rahadari near Thimmapur mandal in Karimnagar district. The autorickshaw was travelling towards Karimnagar when the rear collision occurred. Police shifted the injured to hospital

KARIMNAGAR: One person died and three others were injured in a road accident that took place between Ramakrishna colony-Indiranagar of Thimmapur mandal on Monday.

The incident occurred when a speeding car rammed into a passenger autorickshaw from back side on Rajiv Rahadari. Autorickshaw was moving towards Karimnagar at the time of incident.

While Kamarla Yellaiah from Parlapelli died on the spot, Thurpati Ramesh from Desaipalli of Veenavanka mandal sustained serious injuries. Two others also received injuries.

Knowing about the incident, police rushed to the spot and shifted injured persons to Karimnagar hospital. Body was shifted to hospital for postmortem.
