One more farmer dies by suicide in Telangana
Unable to clear his mounting debts, the farmer, Raju allegedly hanged himself

Medak: Yet another farmer died by suicide at Lingareddypet village in Manoharabad mandal on Monday.
Pitla Raju (45), had sold one acre of his land to meet the expenses of his daughter’s marriage. Raju had then taken a plot of land on lease in the village and was cultivating different crops. However, he did not get the desired yield this year, resulting in losses.
Unable to clear his mounting debts, Raju allegedly hanged himself. He was survived by his wife and two daughters. A case was registered. The body was taken to Government Hospital in Toopran for postmortem.
