Hyderabad: If you are eagerly awaiting the largest and advanced Apple Watch Series 7, then you wait is set to get over. Tech giant Apple on Monday announced that its Apple Watch Series 7 will be available for order beginning October 8 and in stores starting October 15.
The company in a statement mentioned that the design of Apple Watch Series 7 is refined with softer and more rounded corners. At just 1.7 mm thin, the narrower borders of Apple Watch Series 7 maximize the screen area of the display while minimally changing the dimensions of the watch itself. It features a user interface optimized for the larger display, a new QWERTY keyboard, plus two unique watch faces — Contour and Modular Duo — designed specifically for the new device. It has an all-day 18-hour battery life. It is available in 41mm and 45mm sizes and is the first Apple Watch to have an IP6X certification for resistance to dust, and maintains a WR50 water resistance rating. It has an electrical heart sensor and ECG app, and a Blood Oxygen sensor.
The company mentioned that for customers in 50-plus countries including India, the gadget will be available in stores beginning October 15 and pre-order starts from October 8. Apple Watch Series 7 starts at $399 (US), Apple Watch SE starts at $279 (US), and Apple Watch Series 3 starts at $199 (US).
Tipster Ishan Agarwal tweeted that the Apple Watch Series 7 has been listed on Flipkart in India for a starting price of Rs 41,900 for the 41mm, 45mm is for Rs 44,900. The 41mm cellular is priced at Rs 50,900 and the 45mm Cellular is for Rs 53,900. Stainless Steel (GPS+Cellular Only) 41mm is for Rs 69,900 and the 45mm is available for Rs 73,900.
