Osmania University non teaching staff urge CM Revanth Reddy to regularise jobs
Non teaching employees of Osmania University have appealed to CM Revanth Reddy to regularise their services. They said 1117 staff have worked for nearly twenty years with low salaries and no job security. Association leaders urged the government to resolve their long pending issues.

Hyderabad: Non teaching employees of Osmania University have appealed to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to regularise their services without further delay. The CM is scheduled to visit the university on December 7, and the employees said they are hopeful that their long pending demands will finally be addressed.
The employees said that for the past twenty years, 1117 non teaching staff have been working in the university on low salaries. They said they have been carrying out their duties without any job security, financial benefits or social protection, which has caused deep concern among their families.
They urged the government to intervene and resolve the issue at the earliest by regularising their jobs. Osmania University NACH Teaching Contract Employees Association President Yarala Rajesh, General Secretary A Anjaiah, Working President Ramakrishna, Convener Dr Veeresham, Kokonveer C Srinivas and several others took part in the programme and extended support to the appeal.
