Osmania University professor to speak at IAHPEDS 2026 World Congress in Turkey

Prof Rajesh Kumar, Senior Professor and Head of the Department of Physical Education at Osmania University, will deliver a lecture on children's development through physical exercise at the IAHPEDS 2026 World Congress in Istanbul, Turkey, from June 24 to 28

Hyderabad: Prof Rajesh Kumar, Senior Professor and Head, Department of Physical Education, Osmania University, is going to deliver a lecture on ‘Physical Exercise: A Tool for Children’s Development’ at the IAHPEDS 2026 World Congress organised by the Turkey Olympic Committee in Istanbul, Turkey, from June 24 to 28.

Prof Rajesh Kumar is a distinguished sports scientist, educationist, athletics coach and academic administrator at Osmania University with nearly three decades of service and has made a significant contribution to physical education, sports science, athlete development and university administration.

Previously, he has also delivered lectures on physical education in many countries, including the UK, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Ethiopia and the Philippines.
