Hyderabad: Osmania University women’s tennis team marched into the final after defeating Gujarat University 2-0 at the All India Inter-University Women Tennis Championship at Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal Sonipat, Haryana on Monday.

Captain B Shrivalli Rashmikaa downed Riya Obveja 6-1, 6-2 in the first match to put her side in the lead. In the second match, Sama Satwika defeated Srinidhi Sridhar 6-1, 6-0 without breaking much sweat to guide Osmania University into the summit clash.
