Hyderabad: Municipal Administration and Urban Development Principal Secretary and Osmania University in-charge Vice-Chancellor Arvind Kumar has announced the sanction of Rs 3 crore from HMDA towards repairs of the iconic Arts College building on the OU Campus here.
Arvind Kumar along with university officials on Tuesday hoisted the National Flag on the occasion of the 72nd Republic Day celebrations at the historic OU Arts College building.
OU Registrar Prof Ch Gopal Reddy, OSD to V-C Prof T Krishna Rao, Arts College Principal Prof D Ravinder, and staff and students of the university thanked Arvind Kumar for his gesture to restore the iconic and heritage structure.
