While chilly conditions prevailed across Hyderabad due to cold winds, the minimum temperatures based on Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS) data, hovered between 19 degree Celsius and 20 degree Celsius.

Hyderabad: People in Hyderabad experienced a second consecutive day of cloudy and chilly weather conditions on Thursday. Light rain, overcast skies and sporadic drizzle continued to affect parts of Hyderabad and districts.

Similar weather pattern is expected to continue throughout Thursday. “Generally cloudy sky. Mist/ Hazy conditions very likely to prevail during morning hours. Light Rain/Drizzle very likely to occur towards evening,” the IMD-Hyderabad forecast for Thursday, said.

In districts, Siddipet recorded 3.3 mm of rainfall between Wednesday evening and early hours of Thursday. In Hyderabad, light showers ranging between 2.5 mm and 1 mm was recorded at Hayathnagar, Marredpally, Uppal, Moula Ali, Kapra, Shaikpet, Quthbullapur, Malkajgiri, Balanagar, Musheerabad etc.
