Paayal Rajput bags a crime thriller 

Actor Paayal Rajput has something to cheer about the coming season as she bagged an interesting film project. Touted to be a crime thriller, the movie titled ‘Kirathaka’ is being helmed by director Veerabadram. This is the first time that Paayal is working with actor Aadi Saikumar.

Speaking more about the project, the director says,”It’s going to be a crime thriller. I picked up lines from a few real-life experiences that happened in Visakhapatnam and some parts of Hyderabad as well. I have been on this script for about two years now.

More than giving a commercial makeup to the story, I felt why can’t I bring a story that is closer to reality. Because the trend has changed, unless it casts a big-ticket hero, no one would show interest to come theatres and watch it. So many of the movies that have come in the recent times were all realistic stories that are close to common public. And ‘Kirathaka’ is also a sort of realistic one,” says the ‘Chuttalabbai’ director adding that his flick would surely become a blockbuster like his previous movies  ‘Aha Naa Pellanta’ and ‘Poola Rangadu’.

First schedule of ‘Kirathaka’ will start from August.
