Pallavi Model School: Kids bring out cultural best at Annual/Graduation Day
The theme of the Annual Day was ‘Retro to Metro’ and Graduation Day was ‘Sayonara.’
Pallavi Model School, Alwal celebrated Annual Day and Graduation Day for the pre-primary section. The theme of the Annual Day was ‘Retro to Metro’ and Graduation Day was ‘Sayonara.’
The programme started with the ashirvaad of Almighty and a soulful performance on Ganesh Vandana. Nupur Aggarwal was the chief guest of the evening.
Kids enjoyed listening to her beautiful story on animals. She guided parents on parenting and how to raise children as readers. Children had a tete-a-tete with Principal Sunir Nagi on the theme of the day. Children performed dances and skits showing the lifestyle from the retro era to the metro era. Parents participated in the ramp walk and it was a delight to watch them getting involved with the children.
Everyone felt nostalgic and went back to their childhood by seeing the games played by them and watching teachers performing for advertisements like Maggi, Paan Parag, Vicks and Rasna of the retro era. Graduation Day ceremony Sayonara made everyone emotional as the blooming buds are now ready to board the splendid journey of formal learning.
The celebration started with a tete-atete with pre-primary in-charge Maninder Kaur. She answered questions to the curious Parnika from UKG Jupiter. Children sang their graduation day song and a gave universal message to everyone that with every year passing by we gain more knowledge and responsibilities. Young mind expressed their gratitude towards their teachers who taught them with unconditional love. Parents, grandparent honoured their children with a sash, Graduation Day hat and certificate.
