Hyderabad: Popular biryani outlet Paradise is all set to bring the Haleem festival early this year. The restaurant announced that its annual haleem festival ‘Jashn-e-Haleem’, will be held from February 28 onwards across its all outlets in India.

The festival brings the mutton and chicken haleem priced at Rs 299 and Rs 235 for both dine-in and take-away, with the restaurant providing a tamper-proof packaging to ensure hygiene. Mutton and chicken haleem family packs are also available.

Launching the ‘Jashn-e-Haleem’ festival, Gautam Gupta, CEO, Paradise Food Court Pvt. Ltd., said the idea was to launch it before the Ramzan season for the customers to relish the much loved and awaited food of the season – haleem. As a part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, the restaurant will offer haleem in orphanages and old-age homes to make them part of the celebration, he added.

“Prepared with about 29 ingredients, haleem can be enjoyed by Hyderabadis, for whom it is a second emotion, just after biryani,” said Swatantran, Chef, Paradise.

That’s not all – this year, to celebrate this occasion, Paradise is even launching an exclusive Hyderabad Special – ‘Paradise Iftar Box’, comprising haleem, fries, dates, fruits and beverages which will be available for delivery and take away, and available the whole day, during this period.

In view of avian flu incidents, the organisers have assured customers of high level of quality and precautions being taken in haleem preparation.
