Mancherial: A 53-year-old retired government teacher died by suicide by hanging as she was distressed after suffering from a paralytic stroke in Mandamarri on Monday.
Police said that Sabbani Vijayalaxmi ended her life when she was depressed over her disease. She was diagnosed with paralysis some 10 years ago. She had undergone a surgery at a hospital in Hyderabad. She was disheartened when she experienced post surgery complications.
She used to work with a government school. She voluntarily retired from the post as she was unable to discharge duties when she was hospitalized for the first time.
