Parents of minor US citizens can enter the US
The Embassy of the United States said non-US citizen parents of minor US citizen children, including parents holding valid H-1B & H-4 visas, were not subject to travel suspension.
Hyderabad: The Embassy of the United States in India has said that non-US citizen parents of minor US citizen children will not be subject to travel suspension and may enter the US.
In a tweet on Wednesday, the Embassy said non-US citizen parents of minor US citizen children, including parents holding valid H-1B & H-4 visas, were not subject to travel suspension and may enter the United States without receiving an exception.
“Please be prepared to present proof of relationship to airline officials,” the Embassy added.
