Park Hyatt Hyderabad brings Indonesian flavours to city with ‘Islands of Spice’
Park Hyatt Hyderabad will host “Islands of Spice”, a culinary collaboration with Park Hyatt Jakarta, from September 25 to 27. Indonesian chefs Dedi Susanto and Fathur Rahman will present regional dishes through a wine dinner and lunch buffet.
Hyderabad: Park Hyatt Hyderabad is hosting “Islands of Spice”, a culinary collaboration with Park Hyatt Jakarta celebrating the diverse flavours and culinary traditions of Indonesia.
The food showcase, inspired by Indonesia’s vast archipelago and centuries-old spice traditions, features dishes representing the country’s varied regional cultures. The menu highlights aromatic spices, traditional cooking techniques and recipes passed down through generations.
Indonesian chefs Dedi Susanto and Fathur Rahman from Park Hyatt Jakarta will lead the culinary experience in Hyderabad. The chefs will present specially curated menus featuring signature Indonesian flavours and dishes inspired by the country’s islands and culinary traditions.
As part of the collaboration, Park Hyatt Hyderabad will host an Indonesian Wine Dinner at Rika on September 25 and 26 from 7 pm to 11.30 pm. The dinner is priced at Rs 5,850 plus taxes per person.
An Indonesian Lunch Buffet will also be available at The Dining Room from September 25 to 27, from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm. The buffet is priced at Rs 2,950 plus taxes per person.
The culinary showcase aims to offer guests an opportunity to explore Indonesian cuisine while experiencing the hospitality of Park Hyatt. The collaboration brings together authentic recipes, regional culinary traditions and distinctive ingredients from across Indonesia.
The event, titled “Islands of Spice: A Culinary Journey Through Indonesia”, will feature chefs Dedi Susanto and Fathur Rahman of Park Hyatt Jakarta.
