Hyderabad: Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar on Saturday invoked the Preventive Detention Act against Mohd Akbaruddin, suspect in a double murder case at Langar Houz. Apart from this, Akbaruddin (26), a resident of Bahadurpura, is allegedly involved in assault and attempt to murder cases.
The Preventive Detention order was executed on him at the Central Prison in Chanchalguda, where he is currently lodged.
