Hyderabad: City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar invoked the PD Act against Mohd Waseem, a resident of Kalapather who was allegedly invoked in a case of dacoity under the Afzalgunj police station limits. The orders were served on him at the Central Prison Cherlapally where he is presently lodged.
