Hyderabad: Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh M Bhagwat on Tuesday invoked the PD Act against five persons who were involved in a case of dacoity and kidnapping.

E Rajasekhar, D Hari Prasad, Mohan, Boini Sreenu and Ramu, were involved in two offences in Rachakonda and were arrested in August and the orders were served on them at the Central Prison, Cherlapally where they are lodged.
