Peddapalli: NTPC conducts mega health camp in Rompikunta
NTPC Ramagundam organized a mega health camp in Rompikunta under the National Health Mission programme, Swasth Nari Sashakt Pariwar Abhiyan. Female specialists conducted screenings for anemia, diabetes, hypertension, heart diseases, and refractive errors for 135 patients
Peddapalli: National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Ramagundam, under its CSR initiative, organized a mega health camp in Rompikunta on Saturday. NTPC Dhanwantri Hospital, in association with HR CSR, conducted the camp under the National Health Mission programme, Swasth Nari Sashakt Pariwar Abhiyan.
Female specialist doctors, led by Chief Medical Officer Dr IR Lahri, conducted screening tests for female patients covering anemia, diabetes, hypertension, refractive errors, heart diseases, and other conditions. A total of 135 patients underwent various tests.
Executive Director, NTPC (Ramagundam and Telangana), CK Samanta, distributed medicines to the patients. The camp was attended by Gynecologist Dr Archana Jamwal, Physician Dr Somya, Ophthalmologist Dr Pooja, and Surgeon Dr Jwala.
