Peddapalli: NTPC distributes study material, scholarship to EAMCET aspirants
NTPC distributed study materials to 120 students of TS EAMCET-2021 and Utkarsh Scholarship to 164 students on Thursday.
Peddapalli: Continuing with its efforts to promote education in a big way, National Thermal Power Corporation-Ramagundam, under its corporate social responsibility, distributed study materials to 120 students of TS EAMCET-2021 coaching and Utkarsh Scholarship to 164 students on Thursday.
However, in adherence to Covid protocol, only a few students were invited to receive the study materials and scholarship while the remaining will get it in a phased manner.
General Manager (Project), NTPC, Prasenjit Pal distributed the study materials including previous year question papers and weekly speed test at a programme held at EDC on Thursday. Coordinated by Sahaya Sewa Society (an e-Voice), a total of 120 students enrolled for the free online TS EAMCET coaching.
The occasion also marked distribution of Utkarsh Merit Scholarship amounting Rs 6.66 lakh among 164 students (69 students from Class-X, 93 from Class-XII and two B.Tech students) from 28 Government Schools and two B.Tech institutes.
Deputy General Manager-HR, D S Kumar and other officials from CSR section and Sahaya eVoice were present on the occasion.
