Peddapalli: Operator dies in accident in Goliwada pump house
He was attending to repair works at Parvathi pump house when he accidentally suffered a head injury and died

PEDDAPALLI: An operator, Sampath, died in an accident in the Parvathi pump-house (Goliwada pump-house), a component of the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project, in Anthergaon mandal. Sampath sustained a head injury when he was hit by an iron hook while attending to repair works of a motor in the pump house in the morning shift. Other staff immediately shifted him to the hospital. However, he died on his way to hospital. More details are awaited.
